About this technology

The technology uses solar-generated electricity to drive a heat pump to harvest heat energy from the water source (e.g. lake).
The heated air is blown over mukene on a rack in a tent-like enclosure (the temperature inside the enclosure is raised to c. 50 °C as compared to c. 35 °C ambient outside).
Mukene in the enclosure dries in about 4
hours as opposed to about 7 hours outside.
Fish in the enclosure are free from insects, and not at risk of theft by or defecation from birds.
